I made sure I did mine slow and surely and made it sure that I would go for those dates and area and read what is inclusive and what is not before booking it. It’s partly their fault for not being careful and give bad reputation to other people and pulling their “customer always right card” when they could’ve done it properly. Some People only write bad reviews and give 1-2 stars because they are careless with booking and putting wrong dates that will give them headache later on. I’m happy I gave this a chance instead of looking at bad reviews. I would give 4.5/5 stars rating to for being legit, good deals, fast and easy check-out. And both sides confirmed there is a booked room on those dates I mentioned. At first it seemed very sketchy because of the bad reviews and it’s low price for a 4star hotel located in main city but I reached out to make sure and both with and the hotel Pan pacific that they got my booking confirmation. I got a deal for 178/night for a 4-Star hotel deluxe room in downtown area. I booked in Pan pacific for 5days in Canada for my Swedish boyfriend who will travel on September.
